About the client
The Institute for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (INDICA) is a non-profit non-governmental organization, founded in Brasilia in 2002, by professionals working in the area of promotion, protection and defense of the rights of children, adolescents and youth.
Throughout its nearly two decades of work, INDICA has been working to broaden respect for diversity and eliminate all forms of violence against children and adolescents, particularly those related to gender, age hierarchy, alterity and power.

The Job
To design and develop a responsive website to promote services, and acquire new national and international projects.
My Role
Project Manager / UX & UI Designer / Frontend Developer
What I did
Responsive Website Design and Development according to user needs and business goals, through Lean UX and Agile Methods. The website was developed in Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish to serve the South American market.
In addition, I also performed Website Maintenance, SEO optimization and digital marketing strategies to gain new partners and clients.
The Results
After the website launch, INDICA was able to attract and adquire new partners for international projects, increasing its customer base and online presence.
