The Job
The Hope in Hand App already existed and I was part of the team in the first version.
The challenge now was to redesign and make the application user-oriented and more friendly, offering a modern, intuitive and immersive design to facilitate and streamline users’ tasks and increase the connection between them and their coaches.
My Role
UX & UI Designer
What I did
I was responsible for the design, new user flow and interactive prototype, with which I was able to carry out usability tests and validate the new concept. The design was made according to user needs and business goals, through Lean UX.
The Results
The new HOPE in Hand App increased engagement and made the user experience better. The new App gives the community more financial empowerment to overcome the most different challenges. The number of Downloads and usage statistics increased after the new version.
The App’s satisfaction rating went up in both Google Play and Apple Store stores, always close to 5 stars.
It is very gratifying to be able to improve the quality of life of people through Design :)
